Terms of Service

These Terms apply to use of the HCCTS Supply Portal operated by Highlands Community Charter School. The Portal is an internal operational tool intended to support staff supply requests and authorized administrative functions.

Authorized use

Use the Portal only for legitimate HCCTS work. Administrator functions are restricted to authorized personnel. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, use another person’s identity, interfere with the Portal, or access information you are not authorized to use.

Accurate requests

Submit accurate supply quantities, contact information, department/site information, and business justification. A submitted request is not a guarantee of approval, purchase, availability, delivery date, or fulfillment. HCCTS administrators may approve, deny, modify, prioritize, or close requests according to operational needs and policy.

Pricing

Requester-facing screens do not display internal supply pricing. Pricing, valuation, and procurement information are administrative data and may be updated independently of the requester interface.

Prohibited sensitive information

Do not place student education records, Social Security numbers, payment-card data, medical information, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information in requests, notes, or attachments.

Attachments

Upload only work-related files that you are authorized to share. Do not upload malicious files, copyrighted material you are not authorized to distribute, or files containing sensitive information unrelated to the supply request.

Availability and changes

The Portal may be changed, suspended, limited, or unavailable for maintenance, security, operational, or technical reasons. HCCTS may change workflows, catalog items, inventory availability, access rules, and these Terms as needed.

Records and monitoring

Portal activity may be logged for security, troubleshooting, audit, procurement, and administrative purposes. Use of the Portal is subject to applicable HCCTS policies and any other requirements that govern staff systems and records.

No personal or commercial use

The Portal is not a public retail service and may not be used for personal purchases, resale, outside business activity, or unauthorized procurement.
